Fully equipped and ideal location, 5 minutes’ walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.
In a beautiful and quiet complex, on the 1st floor, the apartment consists of a lovely living room with open kitchen family room and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make your breakfast or lunch. In addition, there is a washing machine. From the living room there is access to a small terrace with views. Withdrawn from the kitchen and living room there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own shower / toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
Ideal for two couples or a couple and 2 children (2 double beds + sofa bed).
Large communal pool and a children's pool surrounded by a cozy garden with parasols.
Free WIFI, TV with unlimited channels and an Xbox for cozy moments in the evening.
